SPORTUNION is one of the three major sports federations in Austria and has more than 700,000 members who are active in around 4,500 clubs. These clubs practice over 200 different sports and are represented throughout Austria. SPORTUNION clubs operate or own numerous sports facilities in Austria to enable people to take part in various forms of sport.
By using efficient technologies and renewable energies, sports facilities can significantly reduce CO2 emissions and resource consumption. This not only contributes to climate protection but also reduces operating costs in the long term.
