The Framework Contract is envisaged to support DG CLIMA in delivering on its leading role in developing and facilitating the implementation of cost-efficient climate change policies and legislation to deliver the European Green Deal. More precisely, the objective of the Framework Contract is to support the delivery of high-quality and timely advice and evidence-based analyses to inform decision-making and support the implementation of climate policies in line with the Better Regulation Guidelines (BRG) toolbox.
Therefore, the Framework Contract will deliver targeted support covering evaluations / fitness checks, impact assessments, economic analysis, implementation support, evidence collection and public consultation related to climate policies.
